Rugby Free Primary School (RFPS) is a new 4-11 school which opened in September 2015, the school is growing organically each year. As a free school, RFPS is an academy and the school is part of a multi academy trust.
We are looking for a very organised individual to work with the Headteacher, Finance & Admin Manager and staff to provide a full receptionist service and clerical support to the school.
Key elements of this role will include:
- Reception duties, to include answering the telephone, greeting visitors and parents
- Administration processes including attendance and MIS
- First Aid
- Assisting the Headteacher and Finance & Admin Manager
At RFPS, we recognise that the administrative side to our school is a key part of school life. While children’s education is paramount, RFPS recognises that the more efficient an organisation is in terms of administration the better it is able to perform in the classroom. You will be the lynchpin of this, ensuring that our drive for excellence in the classroom is matched in the school office and in all our dealings with parents.
