Friday 8th March 2019 is International Women’s Day. At RFPS we have celebrated this day by learning about influential women. Year 1 learnt about Mary Anning and Amelia Earhart, Year 2 learnt about Frida Kahlo, Mary Anning and Coco Chanel and Year 3 have learnt J. K. Rowling. Throughout the day the children took part in different activities linked to their inspirational woman.

After spending a morning learning about JK Rowling for International Women’s Day, Year 3 used their afternoon to create cauldron collages linked to her Harry Potter books.
